The Virginia State Reading Association 42nd Annual Conference will be held February 20-22, 2009, at The Hyatt Regency Crystal City, Arlington, Virginia. We are expecting approximately 2000 educators to attend the 2009 conference. The conference exhibits will be open on Friday and Saturday, February 20-21. There will be dedicated exhibit time each day.

We will be taking the following factors into consideration as we make booth assignments: the order in which payment is received, the sponsorship of a featured speaker, author or event, intention to conduct direct sales, and traffic flow/safety issues.
