In August 2002, VATD hired Conference Solutions to run our yearly assessment conference. Since 1991 our conferences have been
organized and run by our volunteer Executive Board. However, due to unforeseen events, we required last minute assistance. Normally,

Jennifer has been instrumental in our Organization growing from approximately 500 members in the 1990's to close to 950 members

I am writing to highly recommend Jennifer Eichel and her company Conference Solutions. In 2003 America's Promise contracted
with Conference Solutions to handle logistics for five meetings, including interfacing with the hotel to detail meeting
specifications, coordination of participant registration, duplication and compilation of participant materials and facilitating
on-site meeting management. Because America's Promise was so pleased with their service, we have extended the contract to include
additional meetings in 2003 and beyond. In addition to fulfilling the specific accountabilities outlined in the contract in a
